K League FC Seoul’s youth team Osan High School held the 44th Korea Football Championship Association president and reached the top of the national high school soccer tournament.
Osan High School defeated Hyundai High School (Ulsan Hyundai Youth Team) 3-0 in the final match held at Namhae Public Stadium in Namhae-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do on the 18th to win the championship. With this, Osango was honored with its first victory in the tournament. On the other hand, Hyundai High School, which challenged for the second championship in 7 years since 2016, swallowed Bunru because it lacked the last step.
The final of this tournament, which was held in bad weather with rain falling throughout the game, attracted attention with the match between spear and shield. Osan High School showed off its powerful firepower by scoring 14 goals until reaching the final. In particular, Osango boasted strong offensive power to the extent of beating Bucheon FC U18 5-0 in the semifinals. Hyundai High School, which has solid defense, showed ‘salty water’ soccer, conceding only two goals until the final.
